Finally….

I guess you are probably half expecting a half-arsed excuse from me about how busy I have been and the such but I really do have an excuse for not updating…ready?

OK, well whilst trying to help my brother with something I logged out and then completely forgot my password :/

I tried to re-set it (about 20 times!) and WordPress.com refused to send it. Anyhow, worked first time tonite so now you get to read my boring post

Well, obviously I have to comment on England exiting the World Cup along with 500 of my not so hard-earned credits. I had to work thru the game, but managed to get a big screen TV pointed in my direction for almost the entire duration of the match. I couldn’t see it  too well and towards the end had to serve the  only man in England who wasn’t interested in the World Cup, so I can’t really comment on foul play and the like. for that you will have to go to Snoogins Blog.

But….I am English so I am fairly used to the feeling of losing. And would not want  to enrage Paul with accusations in Portugals direction

Apart from that I have been working and working and giving into bizarre family guilt trips and visiting relatives I haven’t seen in a year almost. It’s kinda weird to be in a pub with your Nan discussing my next overseas jaunt, she seems to be the only one who thinks I am not insane when I say these things….that could be very telling!

Well, typical British weather for summer, thunder storms and pelting rain or muggy heat. Lovely. still glad to be back though. I will even happier when my first pay cheque clears. My first money in a long time, mostly owed to benefactors but at least its mine to owe.

Oh and to all the BlogMad Shoutbox people: I miss you all, no one seems to be around when I am free these days
